AKA Bishop Weaver’s Mill

Once part of the Windsor Forges estate, the Windsor Mill was rebuilt after the Civil War and lasted into the 20th century.
John Jenkins built the first mil here in 1782. David Oberholtzer built a new mill in 1863. That mill was known as Bishop Weaver’s mill at the turn of the century. The mill was destroyed by a fire in 1920. Today it can be seen as the foundation to a garage.
