Aka Donegal Mill

Christian Haldeman built this mill in 1837. By 1865 this was part of the Haldeman Iron Company making muck iron. In 1899, the Theological Seminary of Lancaster acquired the property. It was converted to apartments in the late 20th century and now serves as a private residence.
