Aka Pequea Valley Mill/Flory’s Mill

Abraham Keagy built a mill here around 1770. Rudolph Keagy built a new mill in 1786. The mill suffered a fire in 1864 but it was rebuilt. Paul Flory operated the mill in the early 20th century until operations ended in 1923.
Merle and Carrie Aukamp converted it into a private residence in 1999. Today the mill serves as a residence and the owners operate an Air B&B called “The House at Climber’s Run” in what had been the miller’s house. For information see their website at https://www.thehouseatclimbersrun.com/
The mill is located at 894 Marticville Road, Pequea, PA.
