Aka Bitzer’s Mill/Fiant’s Mill

This mill began as a fulling mill. John Bitzer converted it to a grist mill in 1861. It finished its milling history as a cider mill. Nathan Eberly shut down operations in 1933. The adjacent covered bridge was built in 1846, making it the oldest covered bridge in Pennsylvania.
