Donald Kautz grew up, and still lives in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. He is a retired software developer and amateur photographer who loves to photograph and dive into the rich history of the county. He has written two books, the first book is entitled, “The Conestoga River: A History“, published by the History Press.
